2. Upload Catalogue and Receive Orders
Once registered, our customer care representative will set up your product page to start selling online on STYLIV. We will upload your product catalogue on the STYLIVand you’ll be all set to sell and grow your business online.
3.Shipping & Order Delivery
With STYLIV, you can enjoy easy and stress-free delivery of all your products. Once you receive an order for your product, you will get anotification. STYLIV delivers your product at the lowest shipping cost across India. Our logistics partner picks up the product from your location and delivers it straight to the customer. You will pack the product taking best possible care for safety of your product. You will abide by the additional packing instruction as provided by STYLIV.
4. Receive Payment in Your Bank Account / Safe and Secure Payments
Payment is securely deposited directly in your bank account, we follow a 15-day payment cycle from order delivery.
Register Your Account
To start selling on STYLIV, you need to duly fill and submit the Seller registration Form. The seller shall be responsible for the correctness of information provided in the Form. In case of need to change the filled information the seller shall write an application or email for the same from registered Email ID. Any other form of change information shall not be entertained.
Listing Your Product
On completing the registration, the seller shall furnish the product details with good quality photographs to the STYLIV team for uploading on STYLIV marketplace. TheSTYLIV team will list your products for you for a hassle free experience

STYLIVSeller Panel, which is coming up very soon is a one-stop solution for all your online selling needs. From listing your products and managing inventory to processing orders and tracking payments, log in to the Seller panel and manage your online business with ease.
What Is A Catalogue?
A catalogue is basically the list of products that you want to sell. You can upload a single catalogue or you can upload catalogues in bulk using a csv (excel) file.
How To Upload A Catalogue?
STYLIV team will upload the catalogue for the seller. The seller shall Email the catalogue in the same format as the Template provided by STYLIV. The product catalogue gets live post 72 hours from sending the catalogue to STYLIV team.
Getting Orders
Once your catalogue becomes live, you can start selling on STYLIV. Scores of active customers across India will be able to view and purchase your products. To increase your sales and attract more customers, you can:

It usually takes few weeks and more products to start getting orders on STYLIV. The more products you upload, the better are your chances of getting orders.
• Set the Right Price
To set the right price of the products you want to sell on STYLIV, consider the associated costs and margin. Set a competitive price for the products so that the customers find them more appealing than the competitive brands.STYLIV will add its commissions, other charges and then post the price.
• Right Trend
Customers always prefer fresh and unique trends. So, try to list trending products to get more orders.
Delivery & Payment
When you receive an order for your product, you are notified via email.
STYLIV charges you the lowest shipping cost for deliveries across India. Our logistics partner picks up the product from your location and delivers it straight to the customer.
To fulfil an order follow these steps
1. Accept your order by replying to the order email received from STYLIV
2. Download label and manifest
3. Pack the product and paste the label
4. Insert the gift/gratitude card& GST invoice
5. Hand over the product to STYLIV’s logistics partners
Payment for Orders
The payment for the orders is securely deposited directly in your bank account on the 15th day from order delivery. (If your product is delivered on 1st January 2022, the payment for that order will be deposited in your bank account on 15th January 2022) after deducting the commission, other charges andreturn shipping fee based on the weight of the shipment if a customer returns a product sold by you.

Manage and process your orders
Reply via Email to order email received from STYLIV. Once done, you will have to download and print the Label and Manifest.
Pack your product and keep it ready for pickup
Pack the product properly in plain packaging material with no branding. STYLIV does not provide any packaging material. Please ensure that the product is properly packed and paste the label on the packaging. Insert the GST invoice for the product and the gift/gratitude card provided by STYLIV.
Hand over the product to STYLIV Delivery Partner
Our logistics partner will pick up the order from your pickup address and deliver it directly to the customer.

Shipping Timeline
The orders must be shipped within 2-3 days from the date of receiving the order. Abide by the signed Service Level Agreement or SLA.
STYLIV Return Policy
Customers can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery and the shipments which weren’t delivered to the customer get converted to an RTO (Return to Origin).STYLIV gives sellers all the information they need to manage their customer returns or RTOs (Return to Origin) along with details on compensation and charges levied for each return/RTO.
Return Shipping Fee
• If a customer returns a product, then the seller is charged a return shipping fee based on the weight of the shipment.
• If an order is not delivered to a customer for some unavoidable reason and gets converted to an RTO (Return to Origin), the seller will be charged return to shipping fee based on the weight of the shipment.
• Please note that for some exceptional cases, the return shipping fees can be waived off at the sole discretion of STYLIV.
• STYLIV shall be entitled to set off any return shipping fee payable by Seller to STYLIV based on the weight of the shipment from any settlement amount payable to Seller.
Cancellation Policy on STYLIV
Cancellation
In order to maintain a good customer experience for customers, it is important for you to ensure that the products you have listed on STYLIV are in stock and available to ship. Seller should update STYLIV on his stock on immediate basis so that minimum cancellation happens.
Pricing & Commission
STYLIV charges a minimum commission from the seller. The commission rate varies acrosscategories making it the most profitable platform for you to sell online.
The commission rates document is attached hereto which shall form an integral part hereof and once countersigned by you shall become contractually binding on you.STYLIV may consider to revise STYLIV chargesafter every ___ years and such revision inSTYLIV charges, if done, shall be intimated to you in writing through a revised commission rates document. Upon countersigning of such revised commission rates document by you, the same shall become contractually binding on you. Alternatively, if you continue to use STYLIV services after such revised commission rates document has been provided to you then upon continuance of user of STYLIV services by you thereafter, the revised commission rates shall be deemed to have been accepted by you and shall become contractually binding on you.

Cancellation
• STYLIV charges 0 penalties for Seller cancellations and auto cancellations. For situations when a Seller is not able to fulfil an order due to lack of inventory or any other unforeseen situation, Sellers can conduct their business tension-free on STYLIV without worrying about the fear of paying penalties to STYLIV. However, all legal liabilities, costs, penalties or damages arising or payable to any Seller’s customers or any third party due to any defect in the product including but not limited to its quality, quantity, expiry date, product description, product images, product reviews and recommendations, etc. sold by the Seller using the STYLIV Portal or due to non-fulfilment of order in the event of lack of inventory or any other unforeseen situation not attributable to STYLIVor due to Seller’scancellations of orders, shall be the sole responsibility of the Seller and the Seller shall keep STYLIV fully indemnified against any such liabilities, costs (including legal costs), damages or losses claimed by any of the Seller’s customers or any third party against STYLIV.
• STYLIV does not provide any guarantee or warranty against any products sold by the Seller on the STYLIV Portal to any customers or any third party and provision and fulfilment of such product guarantee or warranty or any product defect liability shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the Seller. Further, any liabilities or damages or losses (including financial losses) caused to any customers or third party (including to their life, body or property) or STYLIV due to the use of any products sold by the Seller to them using the STYLIV Portal or due to the products sold by Seller on the STYLIV Portal violating or infringing any laws, regulations (including those applicable to standard weights and measures and labelling and packaging) or intellectual property rights including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade names or goodwill of any third party or due to the product being banned/illegal/obscene under the applicable laws, shall be solely borne by the Seller alone and the Seller shall keep STYLIV fully indemnified against any such liabilities, costs (including legal costs), losses (including financial losses), damages claimed by any of the Seller’s customers or any third party against STYLIV or any or losses or damages suffered by STYLIV due to the same.
Return to Origin
• The shipping partner will try three times to reach the customer. If the customer does not accept the product, it will be returned to you. STYLIV will charge a return shipping fee for RTO based on the weight of the shipment.
Advertise Your Products
Promote your products and catalogues by creating sponsored advertisements or ads on STYLIV. This will help you to reach the right customers and increase sales. STYLIV sales team will assist you with this. You shall provide a correct, full, true and accurate description of your product to enable the customers to make an informed decision. Your product being sold on the STYLIV Portal shall not be violating or infringing any laws, regulations (including those applicable to standard weights and measures and labelling and packaging) or intellectual property rights including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade names or goodwill of any third party. Further, your product being sold on the STYLIV Portal shall not be banned/illegal/obscene under the applicable laws.
You shall ensure not to upload any description, image, graphic, text of your product on the STYLIV Portalthat is unlawful, objectionable, obscene, opposed to public policy, vulgar, or is in violation of intellectual property rights of any third party.
STYLIV’s RIGHTS
You agree and acknowledgethat the STYLIV, at all times during the continuance of this contract and, shall have the right to:
• block or delete any image(s), text, graphic uploaded on the STYLIV Portal by you without any prior intimation to you in the event the said image(s), text or graphic is found to violate any law, breach of any of the terms and conditions stated herein and of the STYLIV as imposed by it with respect to the usage of the STYLIV Portal from time to time. In such an event, STYLIV shall without any prior intimation or liability to you have the right to forthwith remove your product from the STYLIV Portal.
• provide and display appropriate disclaimers and terms of use on the STYLIV Portal.
• discontinue or terminate this service to you and/or yourcustomer or end user, as the case may be, without having any liability to you to, forthwith block, remove or close your online store on the STYLIV Portaland furnish such details about you and/or your customers upon a request received from the Legal or Statutory Authorities or under a Court order if STYLIVis of the belief that the services are being utilized by you or your customer in contravention of the terms and provisions hereof and applicable laws.
STYLIV reserves the right to terminate the services to be provided to you hereunder without assigning any reason by giving 15 (fifteen) days written notice to you at your email address registered with us or immediately in case of your default of any terms and conditions hereof. All outstanding dues, if any, accrued up to the date of such termination shall be settled between STYLIV and you upon such termination.

Intellectual Property Rights
It is expressly agreed by you that STYLIV shall retain all interest, right, and title in all its trademarks, trade name, brand, goodwill and logos (“Intellectual Property”) and that nothing contained herein, nor the use of the Intellectual Property on the advertising, publicity, promotional or other material in relation to the services to be provided to you shall be construed as giving you any interest, right, and title of any nature whatsoever in STYLIV’s Intellectual Property.
Confidentiality
You agree that you shall keep, the terms and transactions contemplated hereunder confidential and will not disclose the terms hereof to any person without the prior written consent of STYLIV, other than to your employees, representatives and advisors on a need to know basis or as required to be disclosed by applicable law or court order.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract document shall be governed by the laws of India and courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate upon any disputes arising out of this contract document.
